What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-13939
Refreshes Synthetic Monitoring test results documentation to reflect the redesigned Test Details Page. Reorganizes the browser, mobile app, and network path results pages around the new tab structure (Activity, Test Runs, Performance, Properties), updates copy and screenshots to match the new UI, expands the Properties section with the additional configuration sections now available, and documents AI failure summaries on browser test results.
